INTERNATIONAL ESSAY CONTEST

 

Once a year, we organize an international essay contest. Members can enter the contest by registering their names with the Miss Gambier, The Essay Registrar. Upon contacting the Registrar, you will receive a brochure describing the pre-requisites, criteria and rules of entering the contest. The subject of you essay should be related to any aspect or facet of the Progressive Neo Cubism and or any work of Maximillien de La Croix. Your essay should not exceed 10 pages, typed double space with at least one inch right side margin. It should be written in English. Two copies of your essay must be submitted between October 12 and November 12 of each year. Please inquire about all this by emailing us at: Essay, The Registrar Bureau.

 

YOUR ARTICLES AND ESSAYS

  This month we have selected two essays to be posted on the site. We have received an overwhelming number of very good articles and essays on de La Croix’ old and recent work from members and non members in Europe and the United States of America. Our committee has selected these two essays for this month inclusion.

  First Essay: Lights and Shadows in de La Croix’s Conceptual Art , by Michelle Stevenson, New York, USA. Second Essay: The Metaphysical Aspect of de La Croix’s Paintings , ny Marie-Rose  Boghossian, Yerevan, Armenia. The essays shall be formatted and posted soon this month. Keep on writing.
