INTERNATIONAL
ESSAY CONTEST
Once a year, we organize an
international essay contest. Members can enter
the contest by registering their names with the Miss Gambier, The Essay
Registrar.
Upon contacting the Registrar, you will receive a brochure
describing the pre-requisites, criteria and rules
of entering the contest. The subject of you essay should be related to any
aspect or
facet of the Progressive Neo Cubism and or
any work of Maximillien de La Croix.
Your essay should not exceed 10 pages, typed double space with
at least one inch right side margin. It should be written in
English. Two copies of your essay must be submitted between October 12 and
November 12 of each year. Please inquire about all this by emailing us at:
Essay, The Registrar Bureau.

This month
we have selected two essays to be posted on the site. We have received an
overwhelming number of very good articles and essays on de La Croix’ old and
recent work from members and non members in Europe and the United States of
America. Our committee has selected these two essays for this month inclusion.
First Essay:
Lights and Shadows in de La Croix’s Conceptual Art ,
by Michelle Stevenson, New York, USA. Second Essay: The
Metaphysical Aspect of de La Croix’s Paintings ,
ny Marie-Rose Boghossian, Yerevan, Armenia. The essays shall be
formatted and posted soon this month. Keep on writing. Send us your articles and
essays for our committee to review them. Your work might end up right here on
this very page. Share it with our international art community
